Replyva · Version 2026-10-02 · Effective October 2, 2026
Replyva Platform Scope
Which products are covered by the Replyva Platform Agreements and how future apps are included.
1. One platform, one legal framework
The Replyva Platform Agreements (Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy) govern the entire Replyva Platform as defined in our Terms.
All websites, web applications, mobile applications, desktop applications, browser extensions, APIs, webhooks, SDKs, integrations, client portals, admin consoles, marketplace listings, AI-assisted features, beta and preview programs, plugins, embeds, and any other digital products or services branded, operated, or published by Replyva now or in the future (including successors, affiliates, and rebranded offerings), whether accessed at https://replyva.com, subdomains, custom domains we operate, app stores, or third-party distribution channels.
Your acceptance of the Replyva Platform Terms applies to the entire Replyva Platform as defined above, including products and features released after you sign up, without requiring a separate agreement unless we expressly notify you otherwise in writing.
2. Known products (non-exhaustive)
The following Replyva offerings are explicitly part of the Service. This list is illustrative; unlisted and future products remain covered by the catch-all definition in our Terms.
3. Beta & experimental features
Beta, preview, experimental, and early-access features are provided AS IS, may change or be withdrawn without notice, and are excluded from any SLA or uptime commitment.
4. Adding new Replyva products
New Replyva-branded apps, APIs, and integrations are covered by the existing Platform Agreements without requiring vendors to sign again, unless we notify you of a material change or separate enterprise agreement.
Product-specific pricing, beta labels, or feature flags may apply in-dashboard; liability limits and data disclaimers in the Terms still apply.
